Summary/Abstract: Reverse migration can be defined as the act of individuals returning from their destination countries to their countries of origin. In Turkey, in the complex environment created by the massive migrations that occurred in a short period, the idea of reverse migration, particularly among the approximately 3.5 million Syrians under Temporary Protection (UTP), has become a subject of curiosity. The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and the inclination for reverse migration among UTP Syrians. In line with this aim, face-to-face surveys were conducted with a sample group consisting of 407 UTP Syrians working in the manufacturing industry. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. According to the findings obtained from the analyses, a significant relationship between job satisfaction and the inclination for reverse migration was identified. As the job satisfaction levels of Syrians under Temporary Protection increased, it was concluded that the inclination for reverse migration decreased.
