Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article was to assess the changes in the financialsituation of the selected transport company using the example of the MunicipalTransport Company in Wrocław in the years 2019–2022. Data from financialstatements were obtained for the analysis and the results were developed using theeconomic analysis method using financial indicators. The indicator analysis madeit possible to assess the liquidity, efficiency of operation as well as profitability anddebt of the company. A detailed analysis and assessment of its financial conditionshowed that despite its efforts, the selected transport company has financial difficultiesand problems with solvency. The results of the efficiency of operations anddebt indicators only confirm the previous assessment, indicating that the companyis struggling with financial problems.
