Summary/Abstract: The report is devoted to the question of whether, in the event of a divorce, each of the spouses has the right to receive part of the value of the shares in commercial companies of the other husband acquired by him during the joint marriage. There is a lack of in-depth legal works on the matter and there is little case law.
