Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study on disinformation messages circulating in thePolish infosphere in 2023. The main goal of the analysis was to identify key thematic threadsand narrative structures harmful from the perspective of state security. The first stage of thestudy was conducted using qualitative content analysis based on a sample of 3,268 posts fromthe X.com platform, obtained from the resources of the Disinformation Counteraction Systemat NASK PIB. In the next stage, through narratological analysis within specific detailed topics, disinformation threads were identified. The analysis resulted in the identification of four keyareas of disinformation narratives: the war in Ukraine, internal politics, public health issues, and international affairs. These narratives were primarily aimed at antagonising Polish soci-ety, demobilising the public, and eroding trust in state institutions and international alliances. The discussion emphasised the need to develop counter-narratives, as well as civic educationand pre-bunking efforts, as elements of a long-term strategy to counteract disinformation.
