Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes the representation of constructive and solution-oriented journalism in the Romanian media landscape. Using media analysis to identify and select a corpus of 30 journalistic materials from different channels (TV, websites, podcasts) and comparative content analysis, based on criteria proposed following an inductive approach, the research reveals that constructive and solutions journalism is in an experimental stage in Romania. Another relevant result shows that the predominant approach is neutral-constructive (19 out of 30 materials), which may indicate a tendency for constructive journalism in Romania to provide balanced information, but also an anti-tabloid stance for this type of journalism.
