Recent changes in the regulation of electronic administrative services

Summary/Abstract: The article examines the regulatory changes in the provisionof electronic administrative services, implemented through amendments to theElectronic Governance Act. The discussed changes concern the requirementsfor electronic identification, the use of electronic signatures by applicants for eservices,the possibility of requesting services through an intermediary, and therules for determining fees for electronic administrative services. The article offers acritical analysis of the amendments to the regulations, which fail to resolve identifieddeficiencies and instead create new implementation problems.
