Summary/Abstract: This text explores the relationship between resilience and capitalism, two historical concepts connected to time, space, and law. Capitalism is analysed through the lens of technology, arguing that although it did not create technology, capitalism is deeply shaped by it. In turn, resilience—often associated with sustainability and ecological economics—has both technological and legal implications. Thus, technology becomes a point of connection (or separation) between imaginary and reality.
