ENSURING AND MAINTAINING A QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR EDUCATION AT COLLEGE OF PEDAGOGY – PLEVEN

Summary/Abstract: The publication focuses on a study of the experience of the College of Pedagogy – Pleven, a structural unit of the St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo, in providing and maintaining quality management system for education, as well as the technologies used to improve the quality of the educational process. The study is part of an international project under the ERASMUS+ program on the topic: E-Quality – Enhancing Quality Assurance in Higher Education. The aim of the article is to present the results of a survey of stakeholders. Specifically, the members of the administration and the members of the quality and accreditation committee.
