PREDICTING JUVENILE OFFENDERS WITH THE HELP OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Summary/Abstract: In modern society, minors are subject to the influence of many factors that determine their behavior. A part of them are related to individual development at the earliest age (biological, mental). Other factors reflect social relationships and the adolescent's place in the social structure. Some of these conditions may affect the personality structure in an improper way and even lead to criminal acts. Given that criminal behavior arises from the operation of multiple causes, the need for diagnostic tools is obvious. Systems based on artificial intelligence are already being used to predict the behavior of juveniles who are at risk of committing crimes and other socially dangerous acts.
