CONTEMPORARY ASPECTS OF CRIMINAL IMPACT ON ADOLESCENTS

Summary/Abstract: The criminal behavior of persons under the age of 18 (juveniles) reveals some uneasy trends. The violence is deepening more and more during the execution of individual acts. The latter are distinguished by higher organization and a desire to extract benefits. Mastering the mentioned disturbing characteristics is very essential for the prevention and counteraction of deviant behavior.The article examines the practical research and conclusions of representatives of the psychodynamic theory, which allow the development of successful approaches to overcome the antisocial behavior of adolescents.Further, it is analyzed to what extend such significant psychological studies find application in the criminal legislation and judicial practice of the Republic of Bulgaria.
