Prevention of Abraji in Businesses By Preparing The Bale Layout Plan with The Threshing Recipe with Python Programming Language

Summary/Abstract: The characteristics of the materials supplied by the enterprises for fabric production are important for the production of quality fabric. During production, errors such as abrage, sublime, line and burst may occur in the fabric. Abrage, one of these errors, refers to the color difference in the fabric. The main reason for abrage is that the blend recipe is not prepared appropriately due to the differences in the characteristics of local cottons; even if it is prepared, it is caused by errors in the bale arrangement plan. The blend recipe is the calculation of the bale arrangement plan for the appropriate mixing of cotton bale numbers from different regions. In enterprises, these operations are carried out by managers with time-consuming traditional methods such as Excel, note taking, and writing on paper. In this study, a software was developed with the Python programming language to prevent abrage that may occur due to the blend recipe and bale arrangement plan prepared with traditional methods. Thus, these operations will be prepared professionally with this software and will provide benefits to managers in terms of cost, time, reporting and decision-making.
