Summary/Abstract: The digitalization of accounting documents represents a strategic direction essential for the modernization of accounting practices and adaptation to the requirements of an increasingly digital economy. The relevance of this topic is highlighted by global economic transformations and the need for companies to respond quickly to technological changes and fiscal regulations. The digitalization process offers multiple benefits, such as improving financial operations, reducing human errors, enhancing transparency, and facilitating compliance with current regulations. However, digitalization is not without its challenges. Among the most common are high initial costs, cybersecurity risks, and difficulties in integrating new digital solutions with existing accounting systems. The primary objective of this research is to identify viable solutions to overcome these challenges and optimize financial data management, ensuring increased accessibility and efficient decision-making support for companies. In conclusion, the research proposes a set of strategies for the successful implementation of accounting document digitalization. These include investments in IT (Information Technology) infrastructure, the adoption of advanced cybersecurity measures, and the continuous development of staff digital skills. Implementing these measures can transform digitalization into a growth and competitiveness driver for the business environment.
