Summary/Abstract: Studies show that student well-being positively influences motivation, engagement, and academic performance. Factors such as the relationship with teachers, social acceptance, and self-confidence are essential for harmonious development. In the context of inclusive education, students with learning difficulties require personalized support tailored to their socio-emotional needs. The term learning difficulties reflects a wide range of educational challenges that involve different ways of processing information. The Video Interaction Training (VIT) method is an innovative support tool based on analyzing teacher-student interactions through video recordings. It promotes empathetic communication, emotional self-regulation, and increased self-confidence. The implementation of the VIT method in schools contributes to improving the educational climate and supports the integration of vulnerable students. Quality education must be accessible to all children, and every teacher has the responsibility to contribute to the formation of an inclusive and equitable society.
