Summary/Abstract: It is estimated that secondary drug crime constitutes a significant share of the total committed crime. However, its exact extent is not known due to the absence of relevant data. The article describes the process of creating a proposal for a new procedure for measuring secondary drug crime, which should serve for standardized data collection and regular monitoring or further investigation of this crime.
