Summary/Abstract: This study explores France's initiative to incorporate the right to voluntary termination of pregnancy into the Constitution, highlighting it as a world leader in protecting women's rights. In contrast to restrictions in the US and other European countries, France is strengthening its legislation to ensure women's autonomy, thereby responding to international political fluctuations and demonstrating the importance of adaptability in the protection of fundamental rights.
