Summary/Abstract: Restorative justice in the context of the war in Ukraine is an extremely complex topic that entails many challenges, both legal and ethical, as well as political. Once the conflict is over, an important question will be how to ensure accountability for war crimes, protect victims, rebuild communities, and prevent future tensions. The subject of analysis in this article are possible scenarios that may develop in the context of restorative justice after the war in Ukraine. The possibility of including restorative justice, including mechanisms for reconciliation and reparation for victims and the reintegration of soldiers into society into a peace treaty or other scenario for ending the war, will also be considered.
