Summary/Abstract: Today, artificial intelligence has taken an unprecedented step forward and this reflects on all levels of our lives. One of the practical applications is the mining of a text to extract sentiments. Used mainly by companies, this type of text mining is beginning to have more and more applications in the most diverse areas today. For example, discourse analysis and sentiment analysis can play a significant role in teaching and in understanding students' educational experiences. This analysis tool can be used to assess and improve communication, feedback and underlying mood within the educational process. This article describes a study using artificial intelligence with students in Economics in a class of Business English.
