METHODS AND CERTIFICATIONS FOR QUALITY PROJECT MANAGEMENT, WHAT TO CHOOSE?

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to explain to managers who want to seriously engage in project management, what are the advantages of certain methods and under what conditions. PMP PMI and the PRINCE2 Practitioner method were considered. Their usefulness, coincidences, but also the advantages of one over the other method in certain circumstances are explained. The case of software projects was also discussed, where, in addition to the comparison of these two methodologies, the Scrum Master method was also compared. In the end, a conclusion is given about what would be best for a manager to choose if he wants to successfully manage certain projects.
