Summary/Abstract: Green transition refers to the shift towards a sustainable economic and social system aimed at reducing the negative impact on the environment while maintaining economic stability and social justice. Sustainable development, as a modern concept, implies a balance between economic growth and social responsibility. A dynamic economy, combined with ecological technologies, is considered the foundation of sustainable development. However, when discussing the challenges of ecological technology and advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and robotics, the potential for technological progress in all areas of life emerges. The legal framework plays a crucial role in implementing the green transition at both the international and national levels. States enact regulations and strategies in accordance with global international obligations, covering laws on climate change, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and more. All of this requires strong synergy between legal regulations, economic incentives, ecological technology, and social support to achieve a sustainable future.
