Summary/Abstract: Interview with Col. Mgr. Zuzana Pidrmanová, successful head of the prevention department at the Office of the Police President of the Police Presidium of the Czech Republic. Col. Pidrmanová is a phenomenon in the field of police prevention and heads a great team that, with great commitment, leads the police along the prevention line at the methodological, control and executive levels towards other parts of the police, including international cooperation, and ensures direct cooperation with other entities in the areas of crime prevention. Thanks to her, police prevention was awarded a special prize from the Minister of the Interior in the Police Officer of the Year 2023 survey.
