Summary/Abstract: Women's crime in the Czech Republic is demonstrably changing – not radically, but the proportion of women among known offenders, but also among those sentenced to unconditional imprisonment, is increasing, and the structure of their crime is also changing. From the author's point of view, all of the above findings clearly lead to an affirmative answer to the question posed in the title of the article.
