Summary/Abstract: The article examines the role of ZAVNOBIH (Zemaljsko antifašističko vijece narodnog oslobođenja Bosne i Hercegovine; National Antifascist Council of the People’s Liberation of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in the affirmation of Bosnia and Herzegovina through the renewal of, and building of Bosnian Herzegovinian statehood, and the affirmation of her historical, political and legal continuity.
