Polish language instruction at Jilin International Studies University. An outline of the organizational structure and teaching practices

Summary/Abstract: This article aims to compactly present Polish studies at Jilin International Studies University (JISU) in Changchun, China. Established in 2019, the section has not yet been concisely presented in Polish academic literature. Therefore, the text attempts to fill the existing gap by presenting the background, methods, and textbooks used in teaching Polish, and providing basic information about the faculty. The article is primarily informative in nature. In the appendix, the Readers can find a handful of accounts offered by the alumni of JISU, who are currently continuing their studies at Polish universities.
