Summary/Abstract: The effort capacity of middle school students is crucial for their development and daily activities. This body's ability to sustain effort can be enhanced through physical activities. In physical education classes, the gradual implementation of various physical exercises is particularly important for improving the effort capacity of middle school students. The development of effort capacity can be achieved with simple spatial materials, and the teacher must be attentive to the students' starting level to avoid overexertion. The purpose of this study was to identify the effort capacity of middle school students. In this work, we started with the hypothesis that "the effort capacity of students can be influenced through physical education classes in middle school." The subjects of this study were fifth and sixth-grade students, 20 girls and 24 boys, from the Greek-Catholic high school “Inochetie Micu” Cluj-Napoca.
