Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes AI creativity in comparison to human creativity, focusing on two elements: the creative process and the preceding problem analysis. The author questions the definitive answer to the question of who is more creative, highlighting the multitude of definitions of creativity and creative thinking processes. It is demonstrated that the application of artificial intelligence (AI) depends on the type of «challenge»: AI effectively «handles tasks» based on known algorithms, whereas in the case of complex, ambiguous «problems», it plays a supportive role, complementing rather than replacing human cre- ativity and intuition. The author also describes creative process models (including IDEAL, Design Thinking) and indicates that AI can effectively support each of them at various stages. In conclusion, it is stated that while AI shows increasing capabilities in generating ideas and reducing cognitive load, empathy, ethics, and morality remain the domain of humans, and true creativity is the result of collaboration between AI and human intelli- gence.
