Summary/Abstract: In this article, we shall analyze the applicability of the provisions of GEO 88/2018on the enforcement of debts that companies in insolvency proceedings have not paid in due term. The article is structured in three parts. The first part concerns the effects of opening insolvency proceedings governed by Law 85/2006 and Law 85/2014.The second part examines the changes made by GEO 88/2018 on Law 85/2014 and Law 85/2006.The third part concerns the criticism that we are bringing to the current changes to the Insolvency Act.
