Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to establish the main financing possibilities of restucturing operations, taking into account the objectives of the investors. We shall take into account the today situation of world economy and the crises just in force as these are the main factors that diminished the resources which would be necessary for restructuring economy. However on world scale direct foreign investment decreased, there are corporations, which attends fusions and acquisitions just for facing the today economic situation.
