NON-CONFORMING STRIKE AND ILLEGAL STRIKE

Summary/Abstract: The paper analizes one of the most important institution of colective labour law -the stike. The strike is a constitutional right of the employee, a way to solve a colective conflict, but also a social phenomeneon, whic can become, easily, a social pressure. In this context, we talked about the incidencents that can occur during the stike, incidents that can lead to sanctions and also the distinction between the ilegal and the stike that is not in accordance with the law.
