Summary/Abstract: As a result of an important development of the field of services or performance of works, numerous and complex material or intellectual works as well as services are performed through the enterprise contract. Consequently, many new elements in the regulation of the enterprise contract from the Civil Code, compared to the previous regulations, a situation in which we considered it beneficial to bring them to the attention of those interested in this matter.
