Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted of overt and covert elements of the program in school education from the perspective of teacher and student collaboration. The student and teacher are not only participants but also the creators of school education. Both of them bring to education personal expectations and experiences that are transformed into elements of the school reality. Also, each of them is responsible for organization and quality of education. The article attempts to answer the question of how the reletionship between teacher and pupil is perceived by contemporary scholars. Strong interest in this issue on the part of theorists positive impact on the development of cooperation between teacher and student. The second issue which rises in the article is to answer the question what is public and what is hidden elements of the program and how they are reflected in school education.
