Summary/Abstract: In our contribution, we focus on the neurophysiological mechanisms of memory and learning processes, which represent the fundamental biological principles of how memory and learning function in the brain. We supplement this with significant empirical findings in the field to provide a deeper insight into the aspects influencing these processes. We present a mutually enriching approach that supports the practical application of scientific knowledge while also stimulating the development of new, innovative learning strategies.
