Summary/Abstract: The processes of globalization and technification of the society are one of the causes of changes in the model of scientific communication - building a system of electronic scientific communication. The article is devoted to issues of selection of modern tools of scientific communication, design, development and implementation of information environment in the educational process and research activities of universities. The example of developing skills of effective e-communication in the process of training of masters at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine is reviewed.
