Summary/Abstract: The effectiveness of online communication strategies has become a central priority for advertising agencies, particularly in the competitive B2B service market. This study aims to assess the online presence of Hungarian advertising agencies in Transylvania, focusing on the technical and communicational quality of their websites. A database of agency websites was compiled and evaluated using a two-stage, twenty-criterion system, incorporating both communicational, and technical factors. The results revealed a correlation between the type of advertising agency and the communication strategy employed on their website. The study emphasizes that the combination of technical and communicational aspects is essential for achieving effective website communication.
