Summary/Abstract: "In the ever-changing educational world, alternative teaching and learning methods are becoming increasingly important. Among them – bibliotherapy, a process that uses reading as a tool for personal and emotional development. Although bibliotherapy is frequently used in the field of psychology, in recent years it has also begun to be integrated into the educational process, including foreign language teaching. The purpose of this paper is to explore how bibliotherapy can support English language teaching and learning, by going beyond its theoretical framework and providing a practical demonstration that is intended to contribute to students’ linguistic and socio-emotional development."
