Summary/Abstract: This article evaluates the extent of artificial intelligence (AI) utilization in Czech medium and large companies from the HR manager perspective. A questionnaire survey of 447 HR managers revealed statistically significant gender-based differences in AI application assessments. Male HR managers viewed AI more positively, particularly for automating tasks, recruitment, and process efficiency, while gender differences were not significant regarding AI's impact on employee experience. The study utilized the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Levene's test, and the Mann-Whitney U test for statistical analysis.
