Short Description

Economic and Managerial Spectrum (EMS) journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published twice a year (June and December) by the University of Zilina. The aim of the journal is to publish high-quality results of theoretical and empirical studies of domestic and foreign authors in the field of corporate economics and management mainly of emerging markets and transforming countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The requirement of publishing the article is its originality, its contribution to the theory, presentation of empirical knowledge or model solutions of the given issue both at home and abroad. The content of the article must correspond to the publishing strategy of the journal and the article must meet the other conditions given in the author’s guidelines. The journal is addressed to the international community, thus articles are published only in English. There is no publication fee for the manuscript processing.
