Summary/Abstract: This article analyzes customer satisfaction with e-bikes and identifies key influencing factors. An online survey (388 respondents) from January to February 2024 was used to collect data. Five predictive models were created, with logistic regression showing the best performance (based on accuracy and sensitivity). Engine brand, battery capacity, and purchase location emerged as significant variables. The findings provide recommendations for dealers to better tailor offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
