Summary/Abstract: This article provides a comprehensive overview of pathological workplace relationships, including their occurrence, elimination, consequences, and types. The authors analyze and compare legal frameworks addressing these relationships in Slovakia and other countries, offering recommendations for Slovak legislation. The study finds that Slovakia, along with Russia, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan, lacks specific legislation addressing workplace bullying, unlike countries such as Australia, Colombia, and Romania which have implemented relevant laws. The research employs methods of analysis, deduction, induction, data comparison, and graphical display.
