Summary/Abstract: This paper investigates growth potential and learning in service-providing enterprises using modern business performance management methods, emphasizing their relevance during crises. It analyzes the HR Scorecard model and its impact on management efficiency, focusing on the Balanced Scorecard's fourth perspective and incorporating innovation trends. The study compares findings, evaluates strategic management processes (learning, growth, organizational development), and suggests methods to enhance enterprise and individual performance using a strategic management system. It incorporates process management and analysis, emphasizing a potential improvement methodology to identify learning and growth bottlenecks and calculate improvement potential.
