Summary/Abstract: Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the primary school teachers' bur¬nout and their gender, type of graduation schools, year of professional experience, opion about own children selection of career as a teacher. The sample consists of 100 primary school teachers working in one of the Turkish cities. Two instruments, namely Maslach Bur¬nout Inventory and a Demographic Questionnaire we¬re used to collect data. Data analyses have revealed that the burnout levels of primary school teachers are low. The burnout levels of the teacher analyzed in terms of some of their demographic variables.
