Summary/Abstract: The ethics of the 21st century face an extremely delicate problem due to the expansion of computer technology and the way in which private personal information is accessed by companies, government institutions or hacked. The intrusion of technology into people's lives has increased as the digital environment has improved. Thus, problems have arisen regarding the invasive nature of technology in people's lives and the right to protect privacy, another delicate situation from an ethical point of view is the replacement of human work with industrial robots and probably, in the future, the total replacement of human presence with humanoid robots. That is why good faith, as the foundation of ethics in the use of Artificial Intelligence, establishes a norm of behaviour likely to limit the exercise of rights, to create additional obligations so that the inhuman technologization of life is less harmful.
