Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with cybersecurity issues and liability for unauthorized access to online platforms that are essential in the state’s defense capability, its economic and social development. The dynamics of cybercrime in Ukraine and the world is analyzed. Investigation of violations related to the use of Zoom and Microsoft Teams is given. Liability for unauthorized access to the online services Zoom and Microsoft Teams is analyzed. Ways to uncover cybercrime and bring to responsibility have been identified.
