INCENTIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Summary/Abstract: The possibility of developing female entrepreneurship significantly affects the independence of women and the reduction of the unemployment rate. What factors influence the development of women's entrepreneurship and how do women manage to overcome the obstacles they encounter when starting their own business enterprise, we have considered in this work. The proposed hypothesis reads: "Institutional support was developed as an instrument for the development of female entrepreneurship". In order to investigate women's attitudes regarding the environment for starting a business venture, we conducted a survey using a questionnaire. Our work deals with models and factors that influence the development of female entrepreneurship, and presents the results of the conducted research.
