Summary/Abstract: The traditional way of leading people and directing their behaviour cannot give satisfying results in the current business environment. What can mean a significant support to contemporary organisations and their businesses is the implementation of the effective ways of leading employees. As the best result for this demand, the transformational leadership imposes as one of the modern leadership styles. The basic principle is to introduce changes whenever necessary and for as long as necessary. In fact, the concept of continuous (lifelong) learning is a necessity. The paper will present all the advantages of transformational leadership in the coming times.
