Summary/Abstract: One of the kinds that has an important place in the folk story tradition is the folk narrative. The folk narrative has survived to this day by being transmitted both in oral tradition and through written sources. It can be seen that most of the folk narratives told in the oral tradition have been compiled, transmitted to written sources, and examined. However, among the folk narratives mentioned in written sources and preserved in lithographic texts, there are some that have not been studied academically. This study is based on the publication and analysis of the text of the folk narrative in Arabic letters, known as "Hikâyei Mâh-firûze Sultân ile Râz-ı Nihân" in written sources. The main purpose of the study is to publish and analyze the text of the narrative, which has not been published before. At the beginning of the writing, right after giving brief information about the folk narrative as an introduction to the subject, the analysis of the narrative began. First, the work containing the narrative; It is introduced in terms of its characteristics such as its identity, shape features and content. Then the mentioned folk narrative; It is examined under three headings: "creation transfer features, shape and structure features, content features". At the end of the study, the text of the folk narrative is given in Latin letters and translated into modern Turkish.
