Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is to analyze the activities of Molotov as Stalin’s personal commissioner for the implementation of the grain procurement plan, which led to the taking of almost all grain from Ukrainian peasants and was one of the factors of the Holodomor genocide of 1932–1933.
