Summary/Abstract: The study you are about to read will arouse controversy, perhaps even anger from those who, faced with indisputable facts, insist on prejudices taken from one author to another, reproduced from one author to another without a thorough analysis of the sources, transcribing books from books, which, under the cover of recognized prestigious names, end up acquiring axiomatic recognition. However, I learned from my parents and grandparents that we must live in truth, do good and comply with the precepts of the law. This rule is based on their authority and wisdom that now concern us from the company of the righteous and wise. What has happened in recent times, the entire legislative process leads us, we believe, to the conclusion, expressed in the decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as in the infraconstitutional legislation, to state that the Law (as a set of positive law norms) has become illegal. Namely, that the Law system no longer corresponds to the current social needs and those that tend to be. Could it be that the lack of an ideology - coherent and well-systematized - based on clear principles and corresponding to Natural Law (namely: the principle of private property - based on work, not theft, of personal freedom created this illegal Law?
