Summary/Abstract: This study aims to evaluate patient satisfaction levels at Yozgat City Hospital, one of the public-private partnership (PPP) model hospitals implemented in Turkey’s healthcare system. The research is based on survey data collected from patients receiving outpatient services. Conducted within the scope of a quantitative research design, the data were analyzed through exploratory factor analysis and reliability-validity tests. The findings revealed that patient satisfaction can be assessed under two primary dimensions: “staff satisfaction” and “physical environment satisfaction.” A significant portion of participants reported overall satisfaction with the services and stated that they would prefer the hospital again. While demographic variables such as age and education were found to influence satisfaction levels significantly, no significant differences were observed regarding gender, income, occupation, or type of health insurance. Based on the findings, patientcentered recommendations for hospital management and policymakers are provided.
