Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research is to examine the studies on mobbing in employees in the Scopus database by using bibliometric analysis type. In this context, descriptive screening model is used in the research. In the survey model, bibliometric analysis, which is a quantitative research method, was used. Scopus database was preferred as the database and a search was carried out on the database on 25.05.2024 for the words "mobbing" and "employee". In this context, the universe of the research consists of the studies related to the concept of mobbing in the world. The sample of the research consists of the studies used as "title", "keywords" and "abstract" in the keyword title mentioned in the Scopus database. Vosviewer statistical programme was used in the visual analysis of the data obtained. Within the scope of the scan, 241 existing studies related to these keywords between 1984 and 2024 were reached. As a result of the keyword analysis, bullying and workplace bullying, conflict, labour relations and depression were found. The fact that bullying, conflict and labour relations are the most preferred keyword among the keywords is due to the fact that they are frequently used in the definition of mobbing.
