Summary/Abstract: The Cape of Shabla, located 6 km east of the town with the same name, has a very rich archaeological history of some 2,500 years. The research in this area started quite early, in the late 19th century, and became more intense in the second half of the 20th century. In the last two years, Bulgarian archaeologists were joined by a group of Hungarian colleagues and established fruitful cooperation.
